The Fresno and Hanford Bonsai society took a bus trip down to the Huntington Bonsai a thon. What a great place. I bought a nice little Kishu juniper and some Jim Barrett pots. .We had a great time .

We will be heading down to the Huntington next month for the Bonsai A Thon. Maybe we will see you .

Sierra Juniper shohin size. Collected

It was a very hot day. Here is one of my favorite trees at the show. It is a Juniper forest. One of my trees is a Chinese elm.

Most grapes collect well. I would go for it. I have rooted large stumps with no roots .

Interesting I have never seen a grape vine with the life line cleaned and lime sulfered.

I have collected before with good success. It had lots of growth .5 feet of it that I cut off.

They do back bud, never cut back beyond green.

I have collected many rosemary's here in California with good success. I cut them back at the same time as I dig them. leave some green. I do this in early spring. I would go for it!
