I recently picked up a couple of netsuke. One last winter at an antique shop in MA. and another this afternoon at an antique show here in the Hudson River Valley. I think this I am hooked and can see this is going to be an expensive addiction.

Can anyone recommend a good reference guide, site or forum to help determine age/period and value of netsuke?

Here is a good place to start International Netsuke. But be careful to not confuse the mudmen of China with the netsukes of Japan. These are great to collect - enjoy.
