Yes, the leaves under the tree look like willow leaves, young bark detto.If the leave beneath it are any indication, I'd guess some sort of willow.

I agree, what can be found here... But you have many non native species sold and grown for landscapes... it's just a weeping willow."Babylonica"itself sounds pretty exotic, whatever it is.
