Repotted a Hackberry that I dug up from last year weels ago. Changed the angle. Pruned it a little and loosely wired a few branches/trunks. I need to go back and redo it. Will likely keep just one of the little trunks.
Perhaps you could reconsider those 2 sprouts on the front branch, they are both growing from the same spot parallel to the trunk and could grow in a manner u don't want to keep them later. But I can't see the depth and/or the other side of the tree.

Maybe, I don't know, I only noticed it (Baby-bending could be done, but I myself keep breaking branches and making a mess). I think the best is to wait for some more experienced advice.
No worries, Cypress. It does stick out like a sore thumb (No pun intended). There is at least one bud on that branch close to the trunk that I could reduce it to if necessary. Would like to just let all those buds grow a bit. Still have time before it all gets lignified.
Something else I've contemplated is using that branch as the apex and removing all that's growing on the trunk above that branch.
