One of 2 Christmas gifts I've rebloomed for several years now:




It doesn't work out to be able to rebloom them for Christmas in our climate.

The second one hasn't woken up yet. I'm starting to worry it is internally rotten

The newest addition to my office windowsill. Purchased it when the Missouri Botanical garden had their orchid show. None of the buds were open when I bought it, so the flower color was a surprise.

That Phal has been blooming for going on 3 weeks. Just repotted... the Amaryllis in my last post is deceased, i have lots of hope for this one. Seems very strong and i like the flowers.

Not the greatest pictures, I am in demolition phase before rearranging the garden. This is my "peppermint" peach tree, which so far only have one flower in two years with white variegation... nevertheless, the color is super nice in contrast with everything else in my backyard.

This is my weigela - lucifer that I bought Jun 2021. Its been in the Rootpouch since Spring 2022. Due for a major cut-back as soon as flowers stop.

First irises opened this morning.

I know they are common as crap but daffodils and narcissus just make me happy. I am showing a handful of the ones I have planted over the past 34 years.
The February Gold are done now and I have about 8 varieties still to bloom. I have daffs blooming from January through April. There are at least 2,000 of them I have naturalized in the woods and some very special types in the gardens, most still to bloom.

O'Tooles in Lakewood, closer to Golden than Denver. Ill save you the trouble, its not worth the hike, you probably have a comparable garden center locally or in the Springs. In fact, I should be coming to you, to learn how to collect trees!

Camellias! Cut this bush back really hard two years ago (also attempted to dig down and separate, but it was a beast under the soil). Only had a handful of blooms last year and am happy to see it's throwing buds everywhere. Here are the first couple to open.

The Peach tree is almost done, and leaves starting to come out now... sadly my Yoshino did not flower again.
