Trump said himself that the election was rigged and he would protest a loss.
If trump can institute the tax plan he proposed in September. Then he will lower the taxes on the wealthiest Americans by 7%. Raise the taxes on the poorest by 2% and keep it the same for the middle class. Trump IS the status quo. He is not for the middle class. He fooled so many people.

NPR actually seems to me like the most unbiased news source out there.
So his chief strategist is a unapologetic Racist who is also a former Goldman sacs executive.He didn't say "the world". He said the Republican Party "has become the most dangerous organization in world history". More dangerous than the Nazis. More dangerous than the Khmer Rouge. More dangerous than the Soviets in pre-WWII USSR. But his point was that Republicans are going to destroy the entire world because they may adopt a position that doesn't address global warming. Hyperbole aside, I agree with the position that global warming is a critical problem that needs to be addressed GLOBALLY. The United States represents 16% of global greenhouse gas emissions. Let us hope we continue to reduce our output, as we have for the last 12 years (yes - even when evil Republicans have been in the political majority). In the meantime, perhaps people might want to look at the other 84% of the problem - whose production of greenhouse gasses is INCREASING.
I haven't labeled him, he has labeled himself. I'm not sure how you want me to respond to this. Am I not supposed to know that the guy espouses anarchic/socialistic ideals? He has a very specific view of the role of government that is at odds with what the American People have voted for the role of government to be. Are we not a democracy? Or does his single opinion as a "public intellectual" trump the opinions of 120 million voters? To play devil's advocate, what if he came out as an extreme White Supremicist, and then wrote an article how he was concerned about President Obama getting elected. Am I not supposed to take his public political position into account when I evaluate his suggestions?
Here I have lost you. Have YOU even read his article? He specifically talks about the reasons why Trump "broke all records in the support he received from white voters, working class and lower middle class, particularly in the $50,000 to $90,000 income range, rural and suburban, primarily those without college education." Trump ran on a platform CONTRARY to multi-nationalism, and wants to limit off-shoring, renegotiate international trade deals, and institute tariffs - the very opposite of what you seem to be suggesting is his position.
Politics in the US is a messy business, but the end result is usually much more moderate than what either party "warns" is about to happen. They like to play to their extreme constituents because that is how they get media air time and garner the most political contributions. It gets really sickening when you see BOTH party candidates pandering to Wall Street. But I highly recommend you turn off the pundits and the commentators and the editorialists, and watch to see what actually HAPPENS before you draw conclusions.

I guess we will see. This might be the first president that unites the whole country! AGAinst him! As long as the people who voted for him are able to swallow their pride and admit a mistake.

@Maloghurst Um-mm the idea was of if there was an issue with voting...the ballots and such. And...THERE WERE! But...he still won. Imagine that. There was a lot of issues...two stacks of ballots sent to one address...all having different names on them. What was that about!?! Illegals voting as well...and so fourth. We had less booths in our voting station. Assuming because many were requesting paper ballots...over voting machines that were needing calibrated. We've switched back to paper a long while back.

I am no longer following anything written that says anything regarding Trump's agendas. When I hear him speak live on such topics...THEN I WILL BELIEVE IT. So much false stuff floating about...that I don't believe anything any longer. Sorry. We've discussed media bias a long time ago...and I see them still trying to create a division. So you feel...since no quote...it's an authentic piece of documentation. I'm more skeptical...sorry. When I google the Tax Policy Center...it's came up with a few BIAS complaints. If it were a GOVERNMENT site...I may take it with more of a grain of salt. It is not...So, no...I don't claim to think it as taking it to the bank with it's information. Sorry...that's my take.

Actually after doing a Google search...I'm even more determined not to take what is in their article as news worthy. Sorry...that's my take. Free country...you're welcome to your own out take though.

When the popular response to what someone proposes for a solution is met with ridicule and argument, it simply shows that people would sooner argue "black is white" (or visa versa) to either maintain the status quo or deny the other side from doing something good, and striking a "hit". What this means is that all the while the infighting continues, the world without this same strife races ahead... I'm certain that there is more than one country in the world that is more than happy to see the States in so much turmoil... and it probably makes them feel pretty good about their situation at home too.
Sometimes, people DON'T view the grass on the other side as being "greener"...

But there is really nothing to lie about, it's the same as every republican before him. Cut taxes on the wealthy and raise on the poorest. What do you think he could possibly want to do differently?
How is it that as such a skeptical person you would believe someone like Donald trump on his word?

I did not read the proposed plan...when it's stated it's not all in it's entirety. And I do check sites on Google for credibility prior to offering my time reading their text. I'm not here to play a game of play on words. I stated...why I refuse to go with what this site shared.
As an American...he is our President Elect. And thus...I will await like everyone else how this plays out. But I refuse to allow sites to get myself up in a dander over speculation...especially if not all the facts are placed into the equation. Please...This is funny..."Believe" someone like Donald Trump...Same goes for anyone who walks this earth regardless of their name. I will await the outcome...and THAT is where I base my facts. To do otherwise is like running around screaming the sky is falling.

the current plan is fact. The wealthiest Americans pay 40% before the deductions and loopholes etc.
The poorest pay 10%. Middle pay 28%.
His plan is wealthiest pay 33%. The middle still pays 28% and poorest pay 12%.
He also wants to lower business taxes, small and large from 32% to 15%.
Please tell me that you believe trumps own website?

I don't think anyone likes tax...I'm not going to argue his plans...because it's a waist of my breath. It won't change anything...but...middle class has lowered if one goes by your link you attached earlier. (Which I just went and actually looked at their numbers) If I went with what they say is current taxes.
Honestly...I think it's a waist of time to argue taxes and such. It causes division...it's what we will see for the next 4 years...griping won't change it. Don't pay your taxes...they come for you anyways. lol

What...your's went up...2% ...that sucks. It's a very fine margin...but it sucks...taxes suck. I'm not sure how all our taxes break down honestly...We have the business and our accountant handles that aspect. Personally...I don't bring home middle class when said and done...so I maybe in the same bracket as you. I am hoping the taxes we pay for being self employed balances things. But...even if not...It is what it is...and it's not going to change. I'm not going to gripe over it,for it wont bring change...and I'm not one for allowing things I can't control to eat my lunch...I will pay my taxes...and face each day as I did before.
