Looks like you done a good job for your first time! I would use a thicker wire made for Bonsai so it doesn't cut into the trunk. Its all down hill from here, you will have 20 trees in no time.

Ive done 2 already and have 26 seedlings and like 20 cuttings currently. As far as the wire goes its what i had laying around the house didnt consider geting wire designed for bonsai

The junipers are outside, correct? Heck, all of your cuttings are outside too, right?

Currently they are indoor. It still gets cold at night up here in NY. Would it b safe to put them outside if the weather drops?

Ive been following these steps in this website. http://homeguides.sfgate.com/grow-japanese-juniper-inside-74905.html they tell you how to keep a juniper inside

You are here now!

Time to delete those links!

The chances of you keeping them healthy enough for any work indoors is sooooo slim....

If you manage to do it for 5 years I will cut off my left pinky toe!

Also seriously....

I've had cuttings outdoors since fall, February, and New ones about every day since, they been ok.

Sorce

I bring them out during the day and bring them back in at night. Is that fine or should i just leave them them out all the time?

Leave them out all day every day every season. Never bring them in ever again.

Only problem with that is i live an apartment and i live upstairs so it dont own the yard. I have a patio its on now but that doesnt get that good of sun the best place for sun is the front window but it would have to be indoora for that

Well since they're junipers and you're a beginner they're going to need to be outdoors. They will die indoors.

Great job on just going for it! I'm new to bonsai as well and still haven't actually done that yet! (plan on changing that this weekend)
Welcome!

Are there any roots in the soil for your root over rock? And like everybody else said, get those bad boys outside somehow!

They will die indoors
Yep. You cannot recreate the environment they need inside an apartment, unless you are able to simulate the seasons and the temperature changes from day to night and so on.
You can do that with tropical plants. If you don't have space outside, switch to those.
