Of Toads and other Pets

Ooohh Sorce... :(
I do realize this is a natural thing going on... One animal feeds with another... But, I could never stand looking at a snake strangling a mouse alive... no matter how obnoxious mice are :(

It was just a frozen rat!
;)

I sometimes agree!

I had a contender for the world record, missed it by 7 months for longevity, a South American Boa. It ate only fresh lively Holtzman 235 rats for the 18+ years I had it - not pretty just nature, it would not take food other then live.

I was banned from another site for several months for showing pictures of people butchering Chow Chow Puppies for dinner when I was overseas... Turns out I had one as my best friend ever for 16 years, best dog ever :)

Point is location and other factors have a lot to do with mindset. Tree Spiders deep fried for example taste great.

Yes, I know. In my country a group of animal welfare people complained to the authorities about illegal immigrants who used to steal dogs, butcher, cook and eat them and those people had been accused for "racism"

So I understand you have tasted them!

Please understand... Yes I have had, Dog, Cat, Spider, and a wide variety of what are considered normal or daily foods overseas... Honest what I have had was spiced so much it would be impossible to know what you were eating without knowing or asking. Honest I did have Chow Chow for food and eaten, also had one as my best friend for 16 years here  Tree Spiders for the record deep fried and spiced properly taste a LOT like shrimp, just bigger...

Honest, properly done and spiced you could serve a human and nobody would know, kind of freaky but true.

@GrimLore I understand Grimmy but I am not interested any more in discussing food with you   :D :D

No worries, just please understand when you are in some situations it is what it is. My preferences today do not include "pets" ;)
