Excellent work! The new tree is very nicely compacted. At one time, maybe before Kimura, this type of compact design would be considered very unconventional. Traditionally, if there were two or more trunks, then there should be two or more trees seen in the design, each with its own apex. But that was long ago. I think most people now prefer this compact style, one that has a nice round dome silhouette of foliage surrounding a mass of complex, twisted trunk lines. That was a lot of work! Thanks for sharing it!

Someone put a lot of work in the tree. It looks like a challenge because the two trunks are the visual focal point but they cross over one another.

Well that someone seems to be Moshe Emergui himself. It is amazing that the art of bonsai is practiced like this in Israel now. Only four years ago trees there looked very different. I am very happy to watch the development.

That's right, this way I designed the tree in the first place,
Triangle on each of the two tree trunks, like that you can see in a sketch.

Walter, you have a very important part in teaching and show the way to many of Israel's bonsai enthusiasts Including me.

Outstanding work moshe emergui......A very balanced tree...

Is the foliage healthy in the parts that are pale?.. I know that when these trees go dormant, so to speak, they sometimes go pale then green up again, but the tree is still healthy..
