In order to be compliant, the following will be implemented on the Bonsai Nut web site:
- All users will need to acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We will be sending out an email shortly highlighting changes and asking people to accept the terms as a condition of membership on the site.
- We will have more explicit message about cookies being required for site operation, and members will need to explicitly acknowledge their use.
- The option to opt in or out of site emails will now be shown on the registration form.
- When deleting a user, all the user's content will be anonymised. (We have been doing this manually, but it will now be automatic).
- There will be a new default privacy policy help page
