Go my gears turning. Rekon I'mma go digging out this weekend. Temps above freezing, maybe mixed with some crushed de fines... Real fine? For that glassy look???... Imagine if this could be a base glaze we can add to and achieve awesomeness. If you don't mind what is your recipe or there abouts? Is it just the clay or have you processed it and added ingredients? Or don't tell and I'mma bout to figure it out. Looks awesome bro

I just cleaned my backyard stuff except for some Bloodworms. ...
I took the bone dry and scraped it over SS mesh..
Add a bit of rain water till it is brushable.

After the clay is suspended...
I just funnel it into the water jug so I can screen the organics out.20181215_132429.jpg

Thats the same mesh I grate the bone dry over...dont know what size...bigger than 80.

I found a jewlery place called Rio Grande..cheap AF sieves. 5.99$ instead of 26.99 for the talisman.

Yooo!!! Backyard glaze is the shit!!! Very inspiring. I’m feeling a bit restricted in terms of glazes at the clay studio I’m renting a shelf at. Looking forward to hopefully getting my own studio setup at some point so I can experiment more. Awesome stuff Sorce!
