Recently bought some sumo ferts and empty tea bags. When you fill them- how much do you put in each bag?
Half way?? Quarter full? Two tablespoons??

Depends on the fertilizr. Doesn't it say anything about dosage on the package?
Usually it would be something along the lines of 1 or 2 teaspoons for an 8" pot or something.
The bags are just to make sure it stays in place.

I am using mixture of organic coarse powder of blood meal, bone meal and kelp meal packed in a tea bag. And apply liquid fertilizer in growing season (mainly low dose).

I use the green spoon that comes with Miracle-Gro. One spoonful of Gro Power per bag.

Just ordered bags myself. Depending on pot. I will spread around pot and follow the guidelines on packaging dividing if I use multiple bags to one pot. I hate how the organic breaks down...tea bags aren't pretty...but health of tree and root system trump that aspect.
