Much like the mugo train thread, except this one can be about ginkgos. Good, bad, etc. Even if you dont have a photo but want to tell a story about them, go for it.

Even if you hate them, you can even give your reasons if you want. I'll start with a photo of one of my 3rd year seedlings waking up.

This is as close to a Ginkgo that I currently have, a tray of seeds just waiting for them to start peeking out anytime now.

This one I'm happy to find this week that all 5 of the sticks are alive and breaking bud which is good considering I repotted them last Autumn while they were still leafed out but they wouldn't of survived winter in the potting muck they came in. As far as I can tell there is only one bit of dieback so that is a win.
I don't like the pot they are in either so will probably find a new one for next season and see if I can find some more to add to the forest.
I was perfectly happy to separate them individually but this one my wife has taken a fancy to for one reason or another so I'll keep it as is.

$20 at a club auction last fall. I wish I hadn't decided to wait until the next day to get pics of the fall colour, but it looks like I will get another chance this year.

Repotted this spring in a Sara Rayner pot. No clue what what to do with the branching.

Curling leaves showing yellow edges. We're having tons of rain. Pot draining well. Tried diconel a couple of weeks ago. On porch under roof to try to dry out a bit. Potted last year in DE, lava and some peat.
Any suggestions?IMG_20190427_081058348.jpgIMG_20190427_080954728_TOP.jpgIMG_20190427_080855609.jpg
