Regarding price, please just message me so I know your inquires will be serious.

Also it would really help if anyone could suggest other legit forums that I can market this specimen. I heard the facebook auction was another. Your input would be appreciated.

Im confused- did you just purchase this and are trying to sell it? Or are you selling it for Bjorn? I am referencing the other thread in maples forum with the exact same pictures.

Everyone my apology for any confusion. To help clear this up. The tree was only styled by Bjorn. He did a wonderful job with the transformation. I own the tree. It was posted a few months back before the styling. Its posted again on this forum to show the result. I hope that helps.

This tree is one of a kind!

High dollar trees have a limited market. You could try Facebook Auctions and set a high reserve.

Otherwise, you might have to take it and try to sell it a major shows, like the ABS Conventions or the Nationals.

Another approach would be to see if Bjorn would sell it on consignment.

Good luck!

a lot of peeps dont really use bonsai forums or even FB. you would eventually sell it on a larger market place like ebay.

Sharp's pygmy is one of my favorite Japanese maple cultivars. Good luck with your sale!
Yes! I picked one up from Brussel's over the winter. It's so dramatically different in character from the other JM cultivars that are used for landscaping (like Sango kaku). Very happy with it. Even though it feels a bit like cheating.

I think you inadvertently touched on the problem the poster will have selling this tree locally. Local pick-up in Southaven is 10-20 minutes from Brussel’s. Wish you the best of luck though Leon!!
