An irregular carved mame cascade with a light blue glaze featuring a white running glaze around the rim. The tomobako is made from the tree species Liriodendron tulipifera features a wraparound grain construction and a sliding door branded with the PIT-EKA chop. The tomobako is unfinished to age along with the mame pot.

Fired: Cone 6

Good for you, it's an awesome pot. Just too slow on the trigger and been buying too many pots. I can send you the cutting if you want it, I can always start more.

I was being silly, but thank you for the kind offer. I will have to feel my way into mame because I tend to think much bigger. Penumbra indicated that the selling forum is going to become a happenin' place, so I turned on alerts for new threads.

@Carol 83 I will be doing some more cascades in Batch #2, but it will be a couple more months to make enough pots to do a Cone 6 firing. If you're looking for a particular shape or glaze let me know.
