What is the best fertilizer "in liquid form" to use for bonsai's?

Not pellet's, etc. but in liquid form.

Short answer- anything with seaweed/kelp/humic/fulvic acid

Long answer- almost anything, organic or chemical

I like Dyna-gro because their products have a complete set of micronutrients. I use "Foliage Pro" which has more nitrogen. They have a "Bonsai Pro" product but according to the analysis, it's identical to their regular "Grow" product.

Thank you to all who have posted, very much appreciated. 👍

How about brand name's of these product's?

I'm located here in the states (TX) but it does not matter to me if the brand is located in another country.

I'll see if they (the company) would ship to me.

Fredman, do you just follow the instructions on the back of the bottles for both products? Or do you have your own ratio you use that you've found works better? I use the Foliage Pro, but have never used the Pro Tekt and I really need to start using that for my trees because they get blasted in the Texas heat.

Has anyone here ever tried fish hydrosalazate? Basically cold pressed fish emulsion, much less stinky. Bonsai Mirai has a podcast I was listening to where the guest is a specialist in hydroponic soils. He claims there are benefits to such complex nutrients in species like pine that have mycorrhiza in order to allow it to better bolster, feed, and protect trees. Not sure how much of that is practical, but I have it sitting in my amazon cart if I ever feel like trying it.

Yes, the Neptunes Harvest product by Arbico Organics I mentioned above is fish hydrolysate with seaweed added.

The Neptune's Harvest plant is in Gloucester up on Cape Ann, so sometimes I hear their ads on the radio.

Not exactly fertilizer. Well, kinda but...
I have a half wine tub with goldfish in it. I dip out a large watering can of "fish water" and use that for watering.
It has another advantage in that it changes out some of the water every so often. :)

Ah i've been back and forth with organics and sinthetics mate. Last year was the organic cakes. This year i'm back to Dyna-Gro again.
I have a ritual that works for me. I water all the plants to run off, and then go back and start fertilizing.
I have a 10 liter container that I use for mixing, but use a 2liter watering can for fertilizing. I do follow the directions yes....I guess :p Spring time I add a teaspoon. Come Autumn I add 2 teaspoons. I fertilize every week.
I alternate the FP with fish emulsion weekly.
The Pro tekt I add every full moon. That's the time plants relax and feed.
Why I like FP is it's in a 3.1.2 ratio...with all the macros and micros included. Dyna-GRO Foliage-Pro 9.3.6 is a perfect 3.1.2.
A wise plant man once sent me a link to a study that concluded that plants feeds in a 3.1.2 ratio...i'll never forget that.
