Update september, 28 2016: The tree had a good growing season, no major problems since march 2016 when it was lifted out of the growing field. Besides some light summer pruning, watering and fertilisation nothing was done. Result : The tree looks a little bit disordely, but am sure it has...

Usually I am not a big fan of figurines, little houses ect... in the bonsai pot. Your image however is working and give added value......that's rare!

You should trim the top branches constantly in the growing season and let the bottom branches grow freely. . . . You should also 'pray the lord' to have fallen in grace of this lady bonsaist.

If that's the case it's not worth to spend any money on it.
