Fantastic example of elegance, very nice. Here is a Chinese Elm after its first spring trim. I didnt realise until after the shot there are two snails in the picture.

Still working with that awkward first branch but i enjoy the tree as a whole. My only willow leaf to drop all its leaves to mark the beginning of spring.

Had to get this tree into some fresh mix this year, rebuilding the apex a bit tighter this time. I like the look of the roots since the last update but the rock is slowly disappearing.

Arrived home from work after 2 weeks to find this Willow Leaf decided to shed all its leaves for the beginning of Spring. Nice colours in the sun, I started this tree from a cutting a few years back.

I mix osmocote in my pots after the trees are tied in. We regularly have summer temps in the mid 30's celsius with the occasional 40+. They seem to last longer this way without all exploding at once on a hot day
