Ok, thank you very much for the suggestion. I will look into planting it deeper. Meanwhile, I still encourage any suggestions on foliage/top design. By the way, it is an evergreen type of tree. I live in a hot/tropical climate, 90% of my trees are evergreen

I'm not too sure because my dad bought the tree from someone a while ago. Most of the wire is already buried, but I'm still afraid because its coiled around the main branch.

I need help! What happens when wires dig in so deep that its almost impossible to cut it out? Will that branch die when it enlarges in, say 5 more years? What would happen if the wire is not taken out?
