    My greenhouse is coming!

What @Tieball said... but it does help to keep the urge to strike every single cutting down... Looks nice, good luck with the build!

    SHISHIGASHIRA GROUP PLANTING

So odd that I prefer this tree very much with leaves on, it's so spring like. I normally love a naked deciduous much more. It seems so light and airy, beautiful color of green and such a "feel" composition.

    New cherry trees

That's cool. Too bad they couldn't just relocate the existing.

    Beech!

Akadama straight up for this one. I have used Kanuma in beech before, it does have some good qualities that beech like. I may have gotten it from him, but it's just as likely that I got it from MattyO. It's Shuho, and works well I think too.

    Beauty Berry Styling

missed this in 2020, it certainly is a pleasing shape you wired it to.

    Beech!

Here it is in the new container, still waiting for the buds to swell. I'll probably do a wiring this week before they get moving.

    Fungal Issues or Slight Sunburn?

    I immediately thought thrips too.

    Ideal Springtime Greenhouse Temp?

I would leave the doors open or use an auto venting system for when the temps get above about 72 or so. I have an electric vent on one end with a draw fan on the other end so the cool air from out runs thru the house and pulls temps down. I don't know what your lows are now, but once we get to...

Wow looks like you are outside already? Below freezing here again... I like fun little maples like that!

Are my deshojo and dawn redwood diseased? Is it too late?

looks like some sort of sucking insect on that first leaf. The shrub looks like a bay plant? Anti fungal sprays as a preventative are helpful to keep fungus from getting a hold. Safer soap sprays can keep sucking insects in check especially in the late spring. I don't think I'd feed heavily...

Candle with double candle growing at tip, what to do with this?

Can you be more specific about the Kimura method so we may all learn from that please? I did cut all the strong candles in the strong areas back on this tree, I will allow the medium candles to run this year. I am seeing plenty of advantageous budding occurring already, so the tree is...

    Beech!

Thank you, beech are so easy to wire as the buds are just the right spacing to wind neatly.

    Beech!

I will get some as soon as I can get stuff out into the world, it's in a back corner right now as it's the very last tree that breaks bud for me. Will take it as soon as the weather straightens out!
