just an idea, i think stuff like this, maybe without the rock, looks nice with an older tree, i like to imagine lifting a section out from under the tree when im thinking of accents, a light pot though, to compliment that awesome bark..

yeah. pot was 3.99, and i hear they flower better when rootbound? it could probably go another year or two in this pot though, there was a lot of room when i started it last summer

would love any help or advice with this little guy. was an extremely root bound three gallon cut the middle out of, trunk is about three inches across at the base, from on edge of the rim to the other, about an inch wide at the first bend down.
