    Gingko Advice...Started From Seeds

Thanks for the reply. You are probably right but I cannot take such drastic action with my minimal experience and risk losing what I have patiently grown. Don't have the stomach for a hack to 2 inches!

    Gingko Advice...Started From Seeds

Hi - someone else also suggested this. Will this force lower growth? Ok to keep them in the 5 g containers? Can you suggest where to layer from my pics? Thanks Craig

    Gingko Advice...Started From Seeds

Started these Gingko's about 10 years ago. In 2013 advice received here to move to 5 gallon pots to grow trunk larger. I have not pruned these in any way and wonder if I should be doing some while letting trunk grow. Not really sure of next steps and appreciate any advice. Thanks Craig

    Red Maple Rescue?

I dug it up from the yard and in order to avoid complete shock I used new top soil mixed with sand - gave it a good wetting when this pic was taken. Can you provide some thoughts/ideas so i can be successful? Thanks for you response. Craig

    Next Steps With This Gingko?

Thanks RR - I will keep doing what I have been then until they get thicker. Potential move on the horizon so don't want to do in-ground yet.

    Red Maple Rescue?

Hello all - New to the site and excited to learn from you! This red maple has been in my yard for a number of years and just won't thrive. Above the cut there was about 6 feet of tree with no leaves at all so I knew it was on the way out. My hope is it will survive and I can work with what...

Thanks for the response - question - would it thicken with more time or just grow taller with no intervention?

    Next Steps With This Gingko?

Hello All: New to the forum! About 7 years ago I started three Gingkos from seed. You can see from the picture I probably need to be doing something to shape/style by now. Any help is appreciated - I have minimal skills in styling. Maybe I should have posted this in a specific style...
