    Azalea Recovery Assistance

Best way to help a tree recover is to wrap the root ball with spagnum moss only and plant this way. This is a technique used by many Japanese nurseries.

    Early repotting Satsuki Azaleas

This one's foliage does not look good at all. I keep other Azaleas and even though they are still dormant, their foliage is mostly green and healthy looking. Chinese elm is dying, need help!

Submerge it in a bucket of water for at least 10 minutes. If it's currently green it should recover. Repot in spring or slip pot it into a bigger pot. You must keep it in a sunny room and move it outside when it warms up a bit.

    I.D. this problem!

Hello. First I would like to know if grafted JM produce seeds as adult trees and second If they do produce seeds will the seedlings be from the graft itself or from the mother plant? Thanks Steve

    Living in Japan?

All I can say Is that I've been selling pots for years. I've been buying out collections, estate sales and even brought some Chinese pots from China itself. You might see a pile of junk from your lack of experience, but in that particular pile itself I see at least 2k profit. And there's dozens...
