false cypress or a juniper?

I thought this was a juniper but after watching a video of some nursery material it looks the same as a false cypress. the tree does look blue when bright light hits it.

I am asking because I am air layering a bunch of braches near the bottom the im going to open up for more shrubs.

It doesn't look like juniper to me. I did a quick google search and I think it could be Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Boulevard.'

Yea I just wanted to make sure what it was before I take them off the tree and label properly.
