I see cactus so you're somewhere warm. Maybe California or Florida? Timing is not right either way you need to wait till next spring before repotting, you can do it in the fall as well if you can protect it from the elements during the winter.

Timing is not the best but I've collected boxwood in summer without any problems. I'll wait with the repot if it is mine but will reduce the top now. That is a nice tree BTW.
