....close to 20 degrees ABOVE normal here.
Dude those are frozen boogers. I used to get them skiing all the time when I had a beard lol.Man, I know eh?
I'm still working outdoors, -14f yesterday and still getting colder, it's been a bit brutal lately. Luckily we had a good 70cm dump of snow before the weather got really cold. Trees will be fine. On the plus side, bonsai growing may be temporarily suspended but it's great stachesicle growing weather! No, it's not a snotsicle! Honest.

Yikes! Stay safe and hope you get home (or somewhere warm) soon!-26f this am. 5am crawling under the 5ton with tiger torch, jumper cables, cans of ether for 2hrs to start the truck. Damn near set my gloves on fire trying to warm fingers! Currently stranded on the side of the highway with gelled up frozen diesel lines. That's with a block heater and methyl hydrate in the fuel too.
Just trying to get home after 3 months work in northern alberta, I love winter but sometimes it's a bit much for sure.
I'm right near you. I'm trying to keep the rain off my plants so they don't freeze solid later in the week.Heh 2 weeks ago we had daytime highs in the 30s. I moved all my trees into the garage.
This week we have daytime highs in the 50s up to 60.
I dont have it in me to move all of them back outside (knee still healing).......
Its going to get cold this weekend though and Im planning on leaving the garage door open during the day to get it cold in there.
