Plants seem pretty happy, but look at all that unused space! You need to do more collecting
What's that giant, triple-trunked thing on the right side of picture 2 in post 1?
Chris
A lot of lush green potential! And a lot of work...how many hours does it take to water them all? I seen the rosemary you mentioned takes a tumble in the wind.
The big rooted tree in back that looks like a face with a big nose...can I see a closer up photo of that one! It looked interesting...it's sitting on a blue tub. Towards the back right corner.
The lawn, once it starts growing is a pain. My wife wants me to move each pot on the ground! At least you don't have to worry about mowing the lawn.
The zoning department wanting you to get a nursery permit may be a worry though ...

Nice garden! You must use tons of akadama XD

I do the trimming. .... I am the landlord.thats what i was thinking: who trims all the grass around those?
Seems you are walking ruts into grass and the stuff under the pots will be dead. Might as well truck in the mulch. That can't be worse than dead grass as far as a land lord is concerned. I mean, there is fair use, but that is pushing the line
I should right?
It is a my biggest boxwood. At least 2 airlayer in it's future then some grafts before I chop it down.
That's the biggest boxwood I've ever seen! There is no way you brought that home in the trunk of your car. Very nice material indeed.
So how old do you think that boxwood actually is? that thing is a monster.
