Hi there,
I've got this tree in my yard and I need your help for identification.

According to the identification's keys I followed I reached the point that it might be some kind of Prunus or Malus.
The bark looks like a cherry tree but my tree never blossom like a Prunus or a Malus and it doesn't give any kind of fruit or berries (well I guess it does have flowers and some sort of fruit or seed but I never notice it so it's not a classical Prunus or Malus blossom nor some fruits that look eatable).

Here are the picture: of it, its leafs and its bark of the trunk and a branch.
If you could help pin a name on it it would be appreciated! :)

Looks like Prunus Spinosa to me. But it may be another or hybrid prunus.

Black sloe. Blackthorn.

White early flowers black berries?

Well that's the deal: I started to really get into the bonsai and trees in general rather late last July so I didn't really paid attention to this tree before :)
I'll really look into it next Spring.

However as I said my tree never blossom or give a ton of berries like the one I saw while looking for Prunus spinosa on the net because that I would have notice, even without paying attention!

Take a branch with leaves in to your local Agricultural Extension Office (address in phone book). They can ID.
