Just a couple of big trees I ran across this weekend. Yeah, that's a swimming pool the BC with the knees is in ( This tree was collected with the knees--second smaller one is on top of the big root.)

Camelias are in bloom this time of year. This one is about four to five feet tall. It's almost as big of a beast as the BC, but not as gnarly.bcbigun.jpg camelia2.jpg

Those are awesome! The camelia is beautiful, I wish that I had one. Is it reclaimed landscape material or from nursery stock? It would be interesting to see how you developed it. Stunning.

Do you own a forklift, lol, I imagine they are a handful to move around.

nice big tree...its a shame they haven't put a little more effort into creating believable branches:)

Neither tree is mine. And yes, the owners do have a forklift. The camellia, from what I understand, was developed from a former landscape tree, although it wasn't nearly as big when it was collected a very long while ago.

The big BC is under development and a recent acquisition from what I hear. Branches haven't been worked
