Blue pallets

Would anyone be hesitant to use pallets that appear to have been painted blue for some odd reason to build grow boxes with? Once a year my families restaurant orders a semi load of charcoal from Sams club (we are a mainly a burger restaurant & still charbroil our burgers over charcoal) but the pallets they come on are painted blue for some reason. Obviously my concern is would I have to worry about chemicals leaching into the soil? Or since I'm not growing edible food in would you not worry?

I would

1. not chew on it
2. not worry about it.

I thought for a second @M. Frary was fertilizing your pallets!

They are called CHEP pallets. They are branded and required by many retailers.

I would check to see what they are worth.

It will stain a board blue after repeated usage.
