Scots Pine recovering nicely. (whew)

I cooked the roots last summer THINKING "FULL SUN" included 110 F. ALL DAY LONG!

Welp, no it don't. I got the toastiest looking sad, droopy needles that were trying to go GRAY.

Sooo..... brought it where it gets full sun but NOT after about 2 PM and not UNTIL about 8-9 AM.

And it is greening up nicely and on the mend.
What a life it's led. Out of rotted akadama and resting in lava, pumice, a scoop of organic, some charcoal and NO MESSIN WID IT!

Has LOTS of new buds and some greenies popping out of them, too.

THIS year.... sun will be limited but full for way...less...time.

I have since given kakadama a reprieve as I am using it again, but GOOD aka and VERY limited in a proportion to lava.

And PUMICE... Pumice is holy.

I wonder how long it would take the tree to figure out it lives where there is 110F and full sun?
