On my way home I finally visited the fabled San Gabriel Nursery. Wow! Great folk and a great place. I did not have much time bUT I came away with a gem. I think it will flower white but for sure it won't be orange. Great trunk as well. I'll get some measurementsleep and better pics when I can.

I set it next to my emperor that flowering... wonder if they will cross???20170412_122922.jpg 20170412_122947.jpg 20170412_123024.jpg 20170412_123032.jpg

San Gabriel is always worth a visit. Sometimes they don't have much, and sometimes they have tons! That's a nice looking pom!

San Gabriel Nursery is one of my favorite places to visit and where I get most of my prebonsai stock. Pretty much all my trees are from that nursery. You can find stuff there that would be charged 2-3x more elsewhere. Everytime I go I thoroughly run through every single aisle literally checking every single tree. Sometimes you find some pretty nice stuff. Mr. Ishi and the other staff are very nice who will help you with what you need.
