Posting this here, I couldn't find pests /disease section...
Anybody familiar with these pests? Buxus serpenvirens collected this spring from the garden. The leaves are deformed, browning. There's some larvae visible in between the leave walls. Only one year old and older leaves are attacked, fortunately new growth looks good, so all old leaves have been removed.

Looks like Boxwood leaf miner. I have had success with two approaches. Immediately after flower ( i know they are small) spray with neem oil at the first sign of little flying gnat like bugs. Also, Bayer makes a systemic that if treated prior to flowering is also very effective. My boxwood have recovered nicely. For me here, that's systemic in early-mid April and then spray with Neem early-mid May. Mine were so bad that when i walked out the front door i heard a buzzing noise. The were so many miners it sounded like white noise.

Unfortunately some of often used Bayer products are not available here, 3-in-one..., contacted the dealer and received the response it contained some substance not approved for our country. Will look for what the market offers. Decis EW 50 is one I've got at home, so gonna use it. Thank you one more time for ID.
