any nuts own a newer Camaro convertible? If so how do you like it? I've got an 02 firebird convertible. Hate hand washing but not sure about taking through a car wash (low pressure one). I really like the newest Camaros. Also always wanted a Trans Am. Not sure if I should save up for a newer Camaro, convertible again or sunroof. Or for a 93-02 Trans Am with T-Tops or go really classic with a bandit Trans Am. Stereo options only catch with the last one. I like the convertible top but hate to hand wash it. I like it with the top down but do to the convertible top, it's really dark inside and enclosed with it up. Curious who here has any of the above & pros/cons...

Nice car! I'm a pickup man personally, but did have a rental Campari a couple years back.., guess it was a 14 or 15- only had it a week or two while some dent from hail were being taken out of my truck... but... It was "just ok". I'm sure it was a base model, but they are too small for me inside and I am not a terribly large individual, only about 6'1" 215 or so... (was pushing 240 a couple months ago!! Happy to say my weight is going down...) but my head was right up at the top of the ceiling, felt kinda cramped, back seat was tiny... fun driving a little whip for a week though! I think the older models had a little more room...

I like the look ok, but if I was going to buy a sports car, it would be a different Chevy- I am a Corvette fan! The new ones are pretty amazing- they look like ferraris or something! (Cost about that much too)... I'd have to get a used one... there was a time period from the stingray days through the 90s where they got kind of ugly... anything older is cool, anything newer is cool!

Lol no, they are all that cramped. But I'm 5'10" and usually between 170-180. But at your height mine would be cramped with the top up. Congrats on the weight loss! Not something I've battled personally but my wife has after bearing 2 beautiful children.
I'm a pick up guy too. I've got a 2000 Silverado that I'll have had for 17 years this August. Got it with 25 miles. Wasn't ready to get rid of it but wanted something new. So I started looking at these.
A corvette would be great but got this so I could fit the whole family in it.

Try cramming me in one.
And once I'm in try to get me out.
Don't you mean find room for a stick to fend off all the hotties you'd attract? Knew a guy in high school that was 6' or so 240+ & drove a Mazda Miata convertible around.
