I just made this shi shi odoshi for my garden and I absolutely love it. The cost for all the materials was around $40. Not bad considering that they sell these guys online for about $180-$200.

Do any of you guys have water features in your gardens? If so, please share!

Between dogs, mosquitos, and racoons, no. Not for lack of trying. Was thinking about getting a big pot with a fountain pump to agitate the water, and have a submersible light to shine up on the exterior wall and provide a flowing water sound.

Cool - at the far end of my Avatar we had a fountain that was nice. A tablespoon or so of copper crystals now and then kept it clean and problem free. Presently it is in storage at the farm because we moved but Crystal has requested I set it up again next year here at the new place.
If you have an interest this place has some neat light and aeration products that can be used for different applications. We had that one lit at night and another standing water system that I used their Bubble Maker in. http://www.hydor.com/eng/decorazioni-acquari/classic-age.php
I think if subtle water features can always be a nice addition.

No because my dogs would use it as a water bowl
Look into "pondless" water features. I've never done one but it would limit that issue. Or put some kind of fence around it to keep the dogs (and small children out if that's a concern). Nothing beats the sound of running water in your yard.

Same as I told Sandy, research pondless water features. Out of all your concerns I guess I'd rate raccoons at the top, but I'd think after they didn't find food sources in it you'd be ok.
