Home depot I reckon, but I haven't found any there.
There is a lot of limestone slabs in corporate landscaping that chip off wide and thin sometimes.....that could work.
Granite castings from behind your local countertop cutter could work too.
But I thought you went with number 3?

I did go with number 3 for now. It will likely be a transitional pot until the tree develops more ramification and is ready to reduce the roots further. I'm afraid to use a completely flat slab, for one it wouldn't look natural, but also because it wouldn't give much room for soil, and my trees have to make it 9-10 hours between watering.

I came across this picture from seven or eight years ago. I had this willow in a show and a friend who happened to be there very early in the morning took it and sent it to me.

Great progression! That's a nice looking tree. I just got rid of two willows because I couldn't keep them wet enough. I know it's possible to invest in a drip system, but I don't have the personal band-width right now for needy trees. Good job!
