Not a juniper. I don't know what it is buts it pretty cool, should be a fun project.

Looks like manzanita of sorts I see it around Utah frequently.

No it is not a juniper. It is not even a conifer. What it is... I cannot say.

Can you help us with a location?

I'll third that. I see them all over. Do you plan to keep it inside till spring like the sage plants?

This one is in a pot on the front porch should be just fine. I’ll let it do it’s own thing and see how it trims up in spring.

I wouldn't mind having one myself, wonder if any nurseries sell them or if I should hit up a member who has them local.
Where do you live? I could grab one for you and put in the post. It just snowed a ton so it may be a little before I can get one out as you have to climb a bit to get to the shale area where they come out with full roots.
