Wow, im surprised and pleased. I have a bunch to use, but have been hesitant for reasons I mentioned. I would say we have similar weather, New England US. With you putting Expensive creations on them with confidence, than I will not worry with my growing trees.
I see so many cement the "monkey poles" in the ground, and thought I might have to with these. The size and girth helps I assume. I have begun making my own rock pots, with inspiration from a mutual friend(D.Popp) whom I believe you have used some of his creations for trees. So they are usually heavier which helps in grounding them.
