Had left the conifers out, to help prepare them for dormancy. Actually...I forgot about them being outside. ?... Good thing ice is an insulator. Lol no harm done.
The thuja rock planting...

Got about 4 inches of the heavy wet snow today. All my stuff went to its winter protection area yesterday....so windy and cold.

I’ve been seeing temps from 40F days to 7-9F at night crazy swing in temps I put all my trees away about 2 weeks ago. I didn’t have to last year until a little after Thanksgiving

Wet and warm here. No signs of winter so far. Some trees are still pushing new growth, although starting to slowing down.

Just bad luck, you can have it. We got about 4 inches, pretty unusual here this early. I'm trying to get my husband to put in a transfer for work in FL.

I left everything outside in 5" of snow. Heavy wet snow, definitely some damage done
