Less then a month later and all of the wire was cutting in. It also got hit with spider mites so I've dosed this thing in neem and it's already looking a little better (aside from a little burn from the oil)

Sorry, haven't been on much the past couple years.
The tree is progressing well. Currently dropping foliage as it normally does when brought in for the winter. Here it'll sit until spring when it'll get a hard cutback and rewired.
