Follows Northen Hemisphere

Minimum is 6 weeks cold.

3rd week of January.
Placed in the fridge in the the late evening.
Temperature in the evening is around 22 deg.c

Fridge is turned on when trees have been entered,
Set for 10-8 deg. c

Trees are well soaked and allowed to drip dry.

Trees are plastic bagged over pot to top of trunk / root zone.

Fridge goes on and is closed.

Checked once a week for watering,

Left in the cold until April 1st.

You may have to remove dead leaves.

Out of the fridge in the evening and in an area of only bright light.
As shoots appear morning and late evening sun - @Clicio
Good Day

Nice Anthony.
How do you deal with foliage? Defoliate trees before putting in I assume?

FYI, I see clear front commercial display coolers available every now and then.

Wouldn't that be nice?

Row of trees, row of beer, row of trees, row of beer.

Like @Carol 83 vacation fridge except the strawberries would be trees!

I researched yesterday and the beverage coolers usually do not get as cold as a fridge......fridges can nearly freezing whereas most beverage coolers only rarely go below 37-39f

This is perfect for someone like me with 1-4 bonsai’s in training....and small size more or less.

We gotta ask @just.wing.it to be sure, but I think they can be "contraptionalized", possibly with just a thermostat from a regular fridge.
