UPDATE:
I gave this one a repot this weekend, I think it is starting to shape up, little.
I have been growing it screwed to a plastic cutting board to help develop the nebari and roots:

looking to the last picture the majority of your branches grow to the left could that be because the sun mostly come's from that side ?

Here it is today, just before a repot. It is out of the oil drain pan and into a pot. I was in a groove and neglected to take pictures, I'll get some later.
