Adair and Brian, I have root tips poking out of the colander. It has only been 10 weeks since Adair and I repotted the "kashima" maple in early February. I had to do the in and out shuffle a couple of times but its going like gangbusters now.

I had pretty bad case of needle cast on my Japanese black pines last year. In researching, some advocate spraying every 2-3 weeks. Others say to spray around the time the "fungus fruiting bodies start to emit fungus particles". I want to treat for needle cast, but avoid spraying if it is not...

Closed? I bid on a Sara Rayner pot in an auction that ended Saturday 5 PM Pacific time and was notified late last night I was the winning high bidder. They do mark auctions as "closed" when an auction ends but they usually have one a week from what I have seen.
