spirea i picked up last year for 3 dollars and cut back hard...everything you see is all new growth this spring

almost walking on big snakes when collecting then you start looking at the ground for more and start to lose focus ....and spider webs lol

when i posted no more then a 30 mins before..so i went out and removed it.

I collected a hornbeam and i wanted to know when i should remove the tap root?
