Is it ok to put my trees pot and all in a hole covered with mulch under a canopy of big trees?

I guess I'm saying its bad because it's like nursery stock soil and has been wet for 4 days. Watered one time in thoughts four days. Probably can wait. Just don't know much about laurel oaks.

Ibc is ibonsaichat? And about the soil. The tree was dug. It was growing beside a pond under some big trees. Had a great root system. It was spread out. But being a beech I left a good amount of the root ball so it want hurt the tree. Thanks I'll check that guy out
