put the nut back on but not all the way down against the collet and tap the side of the nut with a piece of wood or gently with small hammer.. or take a pair of needle nose with the tip and pull straight out Do Not squeeze the collet from side to side it may brake it.

have you tried to pull the collet out and see if it will slide on the shaft that way. looks to me like the collet is in it's clamped position it will be a snug fit when putting it in. may want to slide bit in collet and then place in head then put nut on .if shaft wont go through the nut when...

found this you may want to look into it, i'am probably wrong .is it dying. Cankers consist of dead tissue caused by a fungus. The cankers form a ring around some of the branches of the tree's branches.

found a Juniper Procumbens today it was in a 1 gal container for 10 bucks. it looked a bit rough but I took it. should be fun just the same. good luck to all that enter and have fun.

the reason I ask if they were seasonal is yesterday when I was in lowe's they had 25 or so of Mugo Pine (Dwarf) in 3 gal containers I had never seen them in there before. they were nice little tree's may go back and get one just for my own to work with .(not for challenge)best I can remember...

had no luck at one lowe's and a nursery yesterday, the nursery said the only thing they had was a Blue Rug Juniper in a 3 gal container. going to another lowe's and home depot and tomorrow call a couple more nursery's. is junipers a seasonal thing ?
