    Yeah, those 3 branches are very close together and could cause swelling (reversed taper). Maybe wait until next year. Btw, did you "prune" that branch with your bare hands? Doesn't look very flush against the trunk.

    It's not very vigorous, you should only repot it and let it grow better. When it's growing give it fertilizer. Next year you could try do some work / pruning on it.

    You will want taper into the canopy, if you chop it there your canopy will be/grow higher than mame size. I think you can/should chop it lower (maybe air layer that top out for a second tree).

    It's quite high and thin. You might want to consider making it smaller and give it more taper. Trunk chops do both those things. The tree needs to be strong, and you need to do it in the right season. I don't know how much back-budding this species has, you should research it before doing...

    You mean pond baskets? The roots can't "loop" in the bottom because they get air pruned. More drainage, more oxygen to the roots. And, they are cheap!
