Long time lurker here. Haven't been to an exhibition yet. The $90 is to register a bonsai for the show correct? Is entry to just look at the exhibition and purchase from vendors free? Really looking forward to making it to this event.

It has potential as a bonsai. I think they're trunks thicken very slowly though. You probably will have to plant in the ground for some years before you get to a size suitable for training. There are some good examples out there if you search for them. I'm on mobile so it is difficult for me to...
