Zone 10 is @ 40 degrees F......our winters here have seen below this temp even in my garage....what do you suggest? In the ten years i have had this i have never allowed a dormant period....

Anthony, In the mid atlantic of the USA I can not allow a dormant period for this type of tropical. I will investigate soil mix as i may have some issues below the surface. THanks! B.

Hey all, What is the best insecticide for combating mealy bugs and scale on the fukien teas....i would probably throw this thing in the trash (not really) but its been with me for over 10 years.... pyrethrins seem to slow down the pests but they seem to come back. Thoughts? B.
