    It was growing in red clay here in Arkansas ,,, So as soon as I dug a big root ball all the dirt fell off and there were no roots so I babied the tree for well over a month and it did not survive which really sucks .

    Found this twisted trunk Pinoak while collecting today,, it didn’t even have a taproot and I was able to get more fine roots then I could ask for !! My goal is to let it pop down low and take all of the top out
